"Outstanding Customer Support"
I was a bit nervous about making a purchase since I hadn’t come across this company before. Sadly, there was a hiccup with my order, and I ended up with just one item instead of the three I ordered. I called up and chatted with a super helpful representative who sent out the other two items right away. I got the rest of my order in just 3 days, which was fantastic. Big thanks for the awesome service!!!

"Two weeks since I ordered and still waiting..."
I made my order a fortnight back and it still hasn't shown up. I reckon the RM strikes are making things worse, but I'm pretty shocked it’s not here yet. The only way to reach customer service is by phone since they didn’t give an email address.
